At Velvet Candies, your satisfaction means everything to us. Due to the perishable nature of our candy and food products, we operate a strict no-return and no-refund policy to ensure safety, freshness, and hygiene for all customers.

Return & Refund Policy

All products sold at Velvet Treats are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food items — whether opened or unopened — due to health and safety regulations. This includes all candy bags, chocolates, licorice, Swedish mix bags, and any other edible items.

Returns based on personal taste, texture, or change of mind are not eligible. We also cannot accept returns for products that have been consumed, opened, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@velvetcandies.co.uk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item(s). If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • All opened or partially consumed food items
  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Gift cards or promotional items
